How to get help with Aeries issues, ie. password resets, etc.

Beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025, please use the following link to submit ALL request related to Aeries (with the except of HR staff that submit Onboarding or Offboarding).

Once in Incident IQ, you will do the following:

  • Input your First Name
  • Input your Last Name
  • Input your Email Address
  • Select Location from the drop down


  • Select Software

 

  • Select Aeries


This will route all requests to Randy or myself so that we can address your question or issue.

 

HR Staff should still utilize the New User Request and Offboarding Request forms for any new staff that need logins to Aeries or CALPADS.
